By accessing or using Lonely Mountains: Downhill (mobile) or any related services provided through our website or associated platforms, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and any other policies, guidelines, or rules that are expressly incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue access and refrain from using the game or related services.

These Terms apply to all users of the service, including without limitation players, registered account holders, visitors, and any other party who accesses or interacts with Lonely Mountains: Downhill. Accounts

In order to access certain features of Lonely Mountains: Downhill, including online multiplayer modes, global leaderboards, or personalized customization, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering and to update such information promptly if it changes. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including usernames, passwords, or any linked third-party logins. Any activities that occur under your account are your responsibility, whether or not you authorized them. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, renting, or sharing accounts is strictly prohibited. Multiple accounts created for abusive purposes, including evasion of bans or exploitation of rewards, may be removed without notice.

All materials, assets, trademarks, logos, design elements, gameplay mechanics, audiovisual content, and related intellectual property made available in Lonely Mountains: Downhill or on associated websites are owned by us or our partners and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. No license or ownership rights are transferred to you by mere access or use of the service.

You may not copy, reproduce, rehost, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the service except where explicitly permitted by applicable law or authorized by us in writing. Unauthorized commercial use, including reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing game content or in-game items for profit, is strictly prohibited.

By submitting feedback, suggestions, or other user-generated content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and incorporate such material into the game or services without obligation to compensate you. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or system configuration.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or in connection with your use of the game, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so these exclusions may not apply to you. In such cases, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the use of Lonely Mountains: Downhill shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for accessing premium features of the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
